Empirical Study on the Management of the Faculty Meeting: A Case Study of A Private University
Faculty meetings play a critical role in enabling faculty members to discuss important issues, but there are few studies on the actual management of faculty meetings. This paper examines a faculty meeting based on the minutes of A private university. The paper focuses on four factors: agenda setting, the external environment, the internal environment, the management of the meeting, and examines the relationship between these factors and the time spent for the faculty meeting.
