講義内容/Lecture Overview:
知識社会の進展とともに、博士課程教育は「次世代研究者の育成」から「社会や技術革新に貢献する人材の育成」へとパラダイム転換が求められています。本講演では、アカデミア志向と第三の使命の間で揺れる博士課程教育の現状と、学術職・知識専門職という2つのトラックの可能性について、社会学的視点から概観し、能力開発の観点から改革の実践的な提案を行います。
With the rise of the knowledge society, doctoral education is shifting from training future academics to developing innovators who contribute to society and technology. This talk explores the tensions between academic traditions and the "third mission," presenting a dual-track model for academic and knowledge professionals. It offers a sociological perspective on these changes and practical suggestions for reform, especially in terms of competency development.
