講義内容/Lecture Overview:
この講義では持続可能な開発目標（SDGs）に対する高等教育機関の貢献について、学際的・国際比較の視点から検討します。トルコのアブドゥラ・ギュル大学におけるご自身の実践的な経験を踏まえ、日本の大学におけるSDGs関連の取り組みを、外部観察者の視点から考察します。講義の焦点はSDGsに当てつつ、人工知能（AI）や多様性・包摂性（DEI/EDI）など、持続可能性の課題と密接に関連する横断的なテーマにも触れます。参加者との対話を通じて、大学の社会的責任の変化や今後の方向性について共に考えます。
This lecture examines how higher education institutions contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) from an interdisciplinary and internationally comparative perspective. Drawing on Dr. Bengü's practical experience at Abdullah Gül University in Türkiye, the presentation explores SDG-related initiatives within Japanese universities through the lens of an external observer. While the primary focus is on SDGs, the lecture will also address interconnected themes such as artificial intelligence (AI), diversity and inclusion (DEI/EDI), and other cross-cutting goals that shape the sustainability agenda. An interactive dialogue with participants will offer space to reflect on the evolving social responsibilities and future directions of universities.
講師: Dr. Elif BENGÜ/エリフ・ベンギュ先生 Abdullah Gül大学准教授
エリフ・ベンギュ先生は、高等教育機関が、政府・産業界・市民社会とのパートナーシップを通じた、持続可能な開発目標（SDGs）への貢献について研究しています。2024年9月から東京大学に外国人客員研究員として滞在しています。
Dr. Elif Bengü conducts research on how higher education institutions contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through partnerships with government, industry, and civil society. Since September 2024, she has been a visiting international scholar at the University of Tokyo.
